The High Intensity Training workout is workout technique that emphasizes brief intense workouts to produce results. el Ejercisio Perfecto is based on the same philosophy but differs in some key areas. It is definitely worth a look at as an alternative or complementary program. I'm evaluating it as a way to extend a cycle for a few more weeks.
