The Story of Little Perry

  • 3rd grade. John S. punches little Perry in the gut in front of the whole class. Perry falls to the ground crying.

  • Summer break same year. Little Perry goes to a free summer camp in the ghetto, a stark contrast from his lily-white middle class upbringing. Little Perry gets his ass kicked every day of the summer.

  • 8th grade. Perry gets punched in the bottom lip by Greg T. during recess. The blow opens up a gash requiring 10 stitches.

  • Freshman year, high school. Perry starts the first day of two years of pure hell at his first high school. Perry is ridiculed and emasculated by every jock in the school for everyday of two straight years.

  • Sophomore year, high school. Perry watches in horror as Kevin G., the fat, obnoxious, asshole bully of his class, sits on top of his good friend and proceeds to beat the shit out of him.

  • August, same year. Broken down from the thought of getting the shit beat out of him everyday of his remaining two years of high school, Perry begs his parents to transfer him to another high school. In a rare show of mercy, they transfer him.

  • Junior year, new high school. A 135 pound Perry gets punched in the chest by George T. while walking to class. The force of the blow causes Perry to drop all of his books and papers in the middle of the hallway. An embarrassed Perry receives no help in picking them up.

  • Junior year, high school. Perry, already a big Arnold Schwarzenegger fan, watches the movie 'Pumping Iron' for the first time. The movie has a profound effect on his life. He goes to Caldor the next day and buys his first weight set and bench. He starts working out in his basement. Within two weeks, he makes dramatic improvements. By the end of junior year, Perry weighs a ripped 160 lbs!

  • Senior year, high school. A new year, a new life. A more confident 165 pound Perry walks into high school with a new attitude. The jocks accept the new Perry as if he was one of them all along. The new Perry has now elevated to cool status.

  • Senior year, high school, spring semester. A very popular girl asks the new Perry to the senior prom. Perry turns her down to ask the only girl that treated him with any kind of decency and respect before his transformation. His newly found jock friends chastise and ridicule him for passing up the so-called opportunity of a lifetime.

  • Freshman year, college. Perry enjoys minor successes in his first year of college. For the first time in his life, he is considered overwhelmingly attractive by females. He makes out with his first girl at the homecoming dance leaving her face half covered in saliva. Perry loses virginity later in the year. Perry continues to work out.

  • Sophomore year, college. A relatively uneventful year. Toward the end of the year, Perry tells a friend that he is dissatisfied with his progress over the past two years. At 176, Perry tells his friend that he feels too small. Perry tells friend of his plan to gain 20 pounds over the summer. Friend laughs in Perry's face.

  • Summer, same year. Perry drafts a workout plan based on common sense and scientific knowledge gained during his geek days. He follows it very strictly. He works out alone in his basement using the same bench he used in high school. Perry eats, drinks, and sleeps his workouts. His whole life revolves around his workout during the entire summer.

  • Junior year, college. Perry comes back to school weighing a rock-hard 195 pounds! The gains are so amazing that many accuse Perry of doing steriods! el Ejercisio Perfecto is born.


What you have read above is the story of how I was transformed from 135 pound weakling into a 235 pound powerhouse! The most important phase of this transformation came between my sophomore and junior year in college. This was when I conceived the workout that brought me to my present weight.....

During the two years before this workout was invented, I spent alot of time in the gym doing every conceivable exercise for every muscle in my body. I was trained to believe that if I followed the workout of the superstars in the muscle mags, I'd acheive the same results. What these magazines don't tell you is that to endure that type of rigorous exercise, you need to use some sort of pharmecutical enhancement (steroids, growth hormones, etc.). Otherwise, that type of workout is just a waste of time. The workout that I am about to present to you here is for person that wants to increase his/her muscle mass in an effective, efficient manner which does not require any pharmecutical enhancement.

The workout I am about to present is not based on any hard scientific facts. However, my own personal study of nutrition, anatomy and kinesiology was very helpful in coming up with my present formula. It is also based on my experience and the experiences of others to whom I have imparted this knowledge. The fact of the matter is that this workout works, period.

el Ejercisio Perfecto is a holistic workout program; every piece is important. I have codified my workout into four basic priciples, in order of precedence:

  1. Mental Attitude
  2. Nutrition
  3. Recuperation
  4. Ejercisio
Again, every piece of this workout is important. I can't stress this enough. In order for this workout to be truly effective, all four principles must be followed with equal importance. Take note of the order of precedence, however. The reason I ordered them in this way is because without the previous item, the next item becomes meaningless. For example, if you don't have the right attitude, no amount of nutrition is going to help you gain muscle mass effectively. Without proper nutrition, recuperation suffers and so on. With that said, let us begin.
